No obligation

Submitting a request is free and does not obligate you to buy anything. We do not guarantee any rate, savings or approval.

Accurate information

Please only submit information about yourself and only a phone number you own or are allowed to use.

Independent agents

Agents and agencies in our network are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Florida Coverage Compare. Each agent and agency is solely responsible for its own communications with you, including the manner, timing and content of any call, text or email, and for any quote, recommendation, application, policy or service it provides.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Coverage Compare and its owners, officers and contractors are not liable for any act, omission, statement or communication of any agent or agency, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
