Florida Coverage Compare helps Florida residents connect with licensed insurance agents. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you type into our forms: your name, phone, email, ZIP code and your answers about the coverage you want.
• A record of your consent: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, browser type and the page you used.

How we use and share it

We share your request with one or more licensed insurance agents or agencies in our network so they can contact you about the coverage you asked for. These agents pay us for these introductions. We may also use your information to confirm your request and keep records required by law.

We do not sell your information to anyone outside our network of licensed insurance agents and agencies.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text, ask any agent to add you to their do-not-call list, or use our Stop Contact page. We will pass your request along to the agents who received your information.

How long we keep it

We keep consent records for at least five years so we can show that contact was requested. Other details are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Children

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

We store information with reasonable safeguards. No online system is perfectly secure.
