When is open enrollment?+
For 2027 coverage, Florida's open enrollment through HealthCare.gov runs November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Pick a plan by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1.
Can I enroll outside open enrollment?+
Only with a qualifying life event, such as losing other coverage, moving, getting married or having a baby. That usually gives you a 60-day window.
Will I get help paying my premium?+
Many Floridians qualify for premium tax credits based on household income. An agent can check what you qualify for and compare plans.
